Is There Any Difference Between Instinct and Intuition?

I believe there is a difference between gut instinct and intuition and I have two stories to share with you as examples of this. I know there are articles out there that will categorize them as the same thing but I do think there are some differences. As Animals we all have a gut instinct it’s built into us and all other animals. If you watch any animal documentaries gut instinct can be the difference between living another day or dying. Everyone has gut instinct and sometimes we fail to follow it.

The above quote is on point often your body will send signals before your brain can catch up with it. Gut instinct is immediate where as intuition is more like a gentle consistent nudging.
